Abstract
В статті автор досліджує питання академічної доброчесності та академічної культури з призми аналізу наукових праць вітчизняних дослідників в працях яких розкрито не лише поняття академічної доброчесності, а й впливу останньої на адміністративно-управлінські функції в закладі вищої освіти та адміністративно-правові відносини між учасниками освітнього процесу та суб’єктами освітніх послуг. Висвітлюється проблематики забезпечення якості вищої освіти шляхом запровадження локальних нормативних актів та дотримання норм діючого законодавства. Автор висвітлюєпитання академічної доброчесності як ефективного адміністративно-управлінського ланцюжка при здійснення освітніх послуг закладом вищої освіти. Наголошує на модернізації управлінських функцій та формуванні нового уявлення про якісні освітні послуги. Рейтинг та імідж будь якого закладу освіту залежить від вдалої моделі дотримання всередині нього принципів академічної доброчесності, яка стосується не лише нульової толерантності до розповсюдженого наразі негативного явища як плагіат та корупції. Академічна доброчесність має бути побудована на усвідомленні затверджених в закладі вищої освіти відповідних положень та норм етики. Автором виокремлено норми діючого законодавств, які регулюють питання академічної доброчесності та наслідки її недотримання всіма учасниками освітнього процесу. Розкрито питання довіри між суб’єктами освітнього процесу та ролі адміністрації в цьому процесі. Також висвітлено питання академічної культури та її значення на ринку освітніх послуг серед великої конкуренції закладів вищої освіти. Акцентовано увагу на вдалому поєднанні етичних, моральних та академічних норм в освітній діяльності. Дотримання принципів академічної доброчесності безпосередньо, що впливає на довіру здобувача вищої освіти до суб’єктів освітніх послуг.

In the article, the author explores the issue of academic integrity and academic culture through the prism of the analysis of scientific works of domestic researchers, in whose scientific works not only the concept of academic integrity is revealed, but also the influence of the latter on administrative and managerial functions in a higher education institution and administrative and legal relations between participants in educational legal relations and subjects of educational services. The issues of ensuring the quality of higher education through the introduction of local regulations and compliance with the norms of current legislation are highlighted. The author highlights the issue of academic integrity as an effective administrative and managerial chain in the implementation of educational services by a higher education institution. Emphasizes the modernization of managerial functions and the formation of a new idea of quality educational services. The rating and image of any educational institution depends on a successful model of compliance with the principles of academic integrity within it, which concerns not only zero tolerance for the currently widespread negative phenomenon such as plagiarism and corruption. Academic integrity should be built on the awareness of ethical norms and rules prevailing in an educational institution. The author identifies legislative and regulatory acts that regulate the issue of academic integrity and the consequences of its non-observance by all participants in the educational process. The issue of trust between the subjects of the educational process and the role of the administration in this process is revealed. The issue of academic culture and its importance in the market of educational services amid the great competition of higher education institutions is also highlighted. Attention is focused on the successful combination of ethical, moral and academic norms in educational activities. Compliance with the principles of academic integrity directly affects the trust of a higher education applicant in the subjects of educational services.
