In particular, the cognitive and procedural aspects of the contents of the professional foreign language coursebook have been highlighted. The textual and nontextual components of the coursebook contents have been analyzed. Possible ways of representation of cultural objects and phenomena in the coursebook contents have been offered. The necessity of covering all structural components of the contents of professional foreign language teaching and learning in higher educational institutions during the selection of coursebook materials has been grounded.Item Detection and Classification of Network Intrusions Using Ensemble Learning Methods(ЧДБК, 2026) Ivchenko, V. This study was implemented within the framework of a specialized English-language Python programming course. This study was implemented within the framework of a specialized English-language Python programming course. A feature teaching was full integration technical English languages in education process: from study documentation machine learning libraries for communication with teachers and colleagues exclusively in English in the language for discussion architecture models and results experiments.Item Electronic Court as a Legal and Administrative Category(Громадська організація «Українсько-німецький правознавчий діалог», 2020) Обрусна, Світлана Юріївна; Obrusna, Svitlana; Іванова, Ірина Вікторівна; Ivanova, Iryna V.The purpose of the article is to define the content and determine the essence of e-court as a legal and administrative category based on the analysis of the current domestic legislation, international normative legal acts and lawyers’ opinions. Methods. The validity of theoretical provisions and recommendations for further research, as well as the reliability of the results are ensured by the use of a set of philosophical, general and special research methods. The dialectical method of scientific cognition is used as the main general research method. Formal legal and systemic structural methods are applied for studying normative legal acts regulating e-court functioning. Logical semantic method is used when formulating definition constructions. Results. It is noted that for the successful implementation of Electronic court project it is important not only to adopt relevant regulations and organizational measures, but also to develop a scientific concept within the science of administrative law. The content of the category has not got a legal definition in domestic law yet, although it has been legally formalized. The authors express the opinion that domestic legislation requires the concept formulation and consolidation at the legislative level – within the Law of Ukraine on the Judiciary and the Status of Judges. The importance of developing and adopting a separate law on distance e-justice is emphasized. It is highlighted that further introduction of e-court in Ukraine involves systematic actions. They are technical and information support of courts; development of measures and systems to ensure information security; legal regulation of responsibility in case of violations; measures to prevent cybercrime; court staff trainings; educational campaign among population, monitoring of the system effectiveness and its constant modernization, etc. All the above allows considering e-court as an administrative and legal category. Conclusions. As a result of the analysis, the authors suggest forming the awareness that e-court, as a legal and administrative category, is a component of e-government, a relatively independent and unique form of judicial administration and legal process based on information technology that provides a full cycle of documentation flow and litigation in an electronic format and has genuinely legal nature.Item Foreign economic security of Ukraine in the context of national economy openness(Національна академія наук Республіки Казахстан, 2021) Дернова, Ірина Анатоліївна; Dernova, Iryna; Іванова, Ірина Вікторівна; Ivanova, Iryna V.; Боровик, Тетяна Михайлівна; Borovyk, Tetiana; Руденко, Альона Юріївна; Rudenko, AlonaUnder the conditions of increasing intensity of globalization and integration processes, issues of foreign economic security are of special importance. The level of the country’s involvement in the world economy is considered as a basic indicator of the economic system development. Provided that comparative advantages are effectively applied, openness serves as a factor in the development of economy and allows using advanced world technologies and financial resources. The possibility of growth for the national economy as a whole as well as wellbeing of each subject of the economic system in particular largely depend on the structure and volume of foreign trade. The study analyses the key approaches of various scientists to the interpretation of the economic category called foreign economic security, assesses the degree of foreign trade openness of the national economy based on such indicators as export quota (characterizing the level of export dependence), import quota (characterizing the level of import dependence) and foreign economic quota (which is an indicator of economy’s openness). To assess the level of foreign economic security, security indicators have been considered in accordance with the Methodology for Calculating Economic Security Level. For each indicator, according to the threshold values, the state of security has been determined and an assessment of its level change during 2011-2018 has been carried out. Since the indicators characterizing foreign trade sphere are in a critical state, attention is paid to the analysis of foreign trade indicators of Ukraine. The list of problems of a systemic nature has been worked out, the main threats to foreign economic security have been identified and priority directions for its strengthening have been offered. У статті проаналізовано результати впровадження пілотного курсу для студентів спеціальностей комп’ютерної інженерії та інформаційних технологій, який було реалізовано восени 2024 року. Програма складалася з восьми тематичних модулів, присвячених питанням взаємодії ігор, культури та суспільства, зокрема таким темам, як критичний дизайн, тактичні медіа та соціально орієнтований геймдизайн. У статті також описано результати спільної роботи українських та американських студентів над творчими проєктами у сфері інтерактивних медіа, а також використання сучасних цифрових інструментів навчання, зокрема Moodle, Zoom, Discord та Unity.
